    What Network Marketers Must Know To Win

     

    There are always key elements that are needed to be able too win at anything. It may be a football game, tennis or even the "game of life.” Network marketing is no different. Without the key elements of a proven system, you’re  flirting with failure. It will be just a matter of time before your downline vanishes and your customers disappear like smoke

    Whether you are a new network marketer or an experienced veteran, there are things which every network marketer must know to win. How many times have you heard "you can fail your way to success?” "This business is so easy anyone can do it.”

    Well I am going to give it to you straight. After almost two years of negative cash flow( more money going out then coming in), spending money that I didn't have, the product of my passion discontinued and losing all of my downline and customers save a few, it occurred to me that the company's business model was designed for failure. It was not my fault that I was failing but the business model lacked provisions for acquiring and maintaining a steady flow of prospects and customers.

    This business is called "Network marketing" for a reason. Many people are working not realizing that this is a business of marketing and promoting to attract, acquire and maintain your prospects and customers. Few people ever had that "tee shirt" hanging in their closet when they joined a MLM or Home Based business. If you fail get the marketing and promotion right, one day you will wake up and ask yourself, "where have all my clients gone?”

    Be sure to check out your network marketing business model. If it lacks a proven method of marketing and promotion to attract, acquire and maintain your prospects and customers. One day you may wake and ask yourself, "Where have all the customers gone?”

    3 Jewels For The Network Marketing Journey

    After reading the book “Acres of Diamonds, I found the following ideas can be applied to my life and may help others reach the level of success they desire. As I can only speak for myself and my life experience, this is what I uncovered in my “field of diamonds”. If you have been in  a MLM or Network Marketing company for any length of time, you have probably figured it out by now that finding success in any internet business is a journey. Here are the 3 jewels to keep in your presence for the journey. In all our “getting in life”, if we get an understanding of fortune, innovation and greatness, their light will be a lamp unto our feet  in our discouraging hours. The first jewel to carry with us is fortune.

    Fortunes
     Fortunes in life can be obtained just where you are and not limited to a specific location. Life seems to give you what you ask for no matter where you are. The first order of success for me is not really to relocate but to reeducate. Many times you may think “if only” I was in a larger city that had more opportunities, I could reach my dreams easily. But the road block to our success is really us. When we reeducate us, then we see our dreams more clearly and we are able to go into the “attack mode” in getting after our dream. I believe the first step of achieving our dreams and financial goals begins with developing ourselves intellectually and arming us emotionally for the rigors of the journey. The second jewel to retain this journey is  innovation .

    Innovations
     Look for innovations to come from our own creative genus instead of waiting for others. The great innovator in my business is me and not someone else. Innovation says “if it is going to be, it’s got to be me”. The great innovator of my MLM business is myself and nobody else and here is the reason. To look at others for Innovation in my business is futile because another person looks through the “windows of their experience “ and not mine. You may give me some “basic” ideas but you can’t give me your Innovation. Innovations occur in real time and in a particular historical context that infers what worked for you may not work for me. The third jewel is for this journey is greatness.

    Greatness
    Greatness in any station of life is determine by the individuals deeds and not their position. The office a person holds does not make them great but the deeds that is performed. In an MLM business, your up-line above you may hold a position that was “gifted “ to them and did not earn the position by their personal deeds. They may have extensive reading on the subject but has not went to the school of hard knocks. If I look upon them as being great because of the rank they hold, I will be sadly mistaken because they can’t deliver. They have no experience with “true greatness” for they lack the deeds of greatness. They don’t have that “tee shirt” hanging in their closet.. Greatness is like Michael Jordan. Mr Jordan was one of the greatest basketball players to play the game. Mr Jordan not only made great plays but he also made the players on his team better and even some of them became great. To be truly great in the network marketing business, a great leader is able to not only do great things but she/he transforms their team that causes everyone to perform on a higher level. If you can remember and understand what defines fortune, innovation and greatness, you can find your field of diamonds.

    Network Marketing Success-How Long Should I Stay With My Current MLM Company

     People get involved in network marketing with high hopes of success and what that success is going to mean for them and their family. This is great!  Although we may have different dreams and goals for what success in network marketing will give us we have similar reasons. This is usually a better quality of life.

    You may get disillusioned when after a while things don’t seem to be working the way they have anticipated.  Don’t worry this happens to all of us. This usually happens within the first 3 months. These feelings are normal but it is what you do from now that really matters.

    If you are seriously considering whether you do want to remain with your current network marketing company or not you do need to consider a few things.  Can the network marketing company deliver what I need if I am willing to give it 100%? Maybe you got in not fully understanding all the facts?

    If you can honestly say that you have given it your all for at least 12 months and it's not working for you then you could consider whether you should look at doing something else. It would be a shame to give up after months and months or even years of work just before it starts to explode.

    Another thing you need to consider is have you sponsored other people.  Remember you have made a commitment to them when you signed them up. If you left how would it affect them? Network marketing is a people business. See how your downline feels. Maybe they have similar concerns as you. Whatever you do never try to talk them out of the business. Above all things they may see you as a looser. If they are doing fine encourage them to keep going. They could be able to help you if they are doing well. They may have found better ways of promoting the business.

    If you can honestly say you have given it you all for 12 months, and you have made the decision to try something else, now is the time to investigate what else is out there. Look at various opportunities; educate yourself on what is needed to be successful. Find the network marketing business with the pension plan, system and support structure at suits you best.

    Some people go with more than one network marketing company. This could be either good or bad. Remember a business will only work if you work it. If time is an issue sticks to one. It is best not to keep changing from one to another. Benefits from a network marketing business are not immediate they take a while. This is called delayed ratification. If you decided to change network marketing companies educate yourself and find the business that is best for you.

    MLM Business- Overcoming Heart Break Hill In Your MLM

    Someone said "when an endeavor is great enough there will be times you feel like quitting"

     

    If you are not acquainted with marathon racing, let me tell you what it is. A marathon is a race that covers 26.2 miles. One of the most famous marathons is the Boston marathon held in the month of April in Boston. Ma. Runners from all over the world gather run this race. However in this race is a hill named "Heart Break" hill. This infamous hill have victimize many of runner who had their hopes and dreams dash to pieces on this hill.     Did I say training is needed in network marketing, MLM and affiliate business? Training is a necessary discipline for reaching your dream. I know some people will tell you all you have to do is "honest wishing", but just as you can’t complete a marathon without proper training, the same goes for network marketing. Many new MLM business owners and internet business owners fail prepare themselves properly for an online business. They enter into network marketing with "sprinter’s mind set when in fact they have entered a marathon. Lack of training using a "proven system"( one that is making money now) leads to failure. Just as there are many marathon training systems that are duplicable, the same can be said for network marketing. You must also have a duplicable proven training system that is a good fit for you. The proven system must be compatible with who your are as a person and also where you are in your personal development. The point where you are sick and tired of being sick and tired. It’s a place where all that you have done thus far seems useless. You see it is always darkest before the dawn when you don’t see your way that your why will find a way. That definite purpose of your why will energize you no matter how you feel. If the retail cost of the product is $50 and you make $5 on each sale but it costs you $10 to acquire the customer, you are starting out losing $5. The bottom line is that you join a network marketing business to make money. You should try and find a mlm company in which you can make 50% of the retail price as profit. This will keep you from losing money. The lowest percentage you can stand should be set at 25%.
